position
4 simple positions can apply 90% of muscles, by muscle groups.
The legs and feet spacing are important and affect
the effects of platforms.

position 1 • legs bent, feet flat or on tiptoe
actions on the calves, quadriceps, hamstrings, adductors and glutes.

position 2 • straight leg, back straight
actions on the abdominal wall, the paravertebral, the latissimus dorsi,
obliques, quadriceps and hamstrings.

position 3 • on their knees before the machine, hands on the platform, arms outstretched
actions on the biceps, triceps, trapezius, pectorals, and latissimus dorsi.

Position 4 • lying in front of the machine, arms outstretched, hands on the platform
actions on the abdominal wall, the paravertebral, the latissimus dorsi, obliques, quadriceps and hamstrings.
